A brand-new model from the Nové Město manufactory, which this year celebrates 75 years since the foundation stone of Czech watchmaking tradition was laid, raises the perception of luxury combined with utility and durability to a new level.
The austenitic Damascus steel case is hypoallergenic and features a unique structure enhanced by hand polishing. The new construction with a DLC crown ensures durability as well as water resistance up to 10 ATM.
The dials are hand-lacquered, perforated and each piece is unique. The more refined version with diamonds complements the handwritten Orlík font, while the technical variant pairs with its modern interpretation. In both cases, the watch is powered by the in-house PRIM calibre 95.
The model is suitable for both men and women and makes an ideal paired gift – for anniversaries, weddings or other exceptional occasions. The two models, each limited to 30 pieces, combine technical precision with refined aesthetics.

A brand-new model from the Nové Město manufactory, which this year celebrates 75 years since the foundation stone of Czech watchmaking tradition was laid, raises the perception of luxury combined with utility and durability to a new level. In this case, time itself has become true proof of the uncompromising craftsmanship and skill of the watchmakers from the PRIM workshop in Nové Město nad Metují.
Two versions, two unmistakable designs
One was not enough. That is why the designers and engineers set out to create two different versions. Both variants proved sophisticated and elegant from the very first sketches. The diamond-set model also revealed itself as exceptionally refined.
In the entire history of the iconic Orlík, this is the first version decorated with stones.
Each version in this edition is limited to only 30 pieces.
The material chosen for the case and buckle is austenite. A stainless Damascus steel combining two austenitic – non-hardenable – steels. Both components feature a low nickel content. The material is hypoallergenic and suitable for contact with human skin. Together, they create a truly captivating whole.
Etching the Damascus steel already during production emphasises its remarkable pattern. Polishing the Damascus components is highly precise handwork, taking an experienced craftsman up to 6 hours.
The entire case construction is also new. The subtly yet distinctly styled model is complemented by crown protection. The crown itself is coated with DLC treatment to increase scratch resistance. Its screw-down mechanism ensures safe diving capability up to 10 ATM.
The dials of both variants are perforated and specially lacquered, each piece individually. Every dial is therefore a unique original. The gradual darkening of colour from the centre towards the edges creates an attractive effect that captures attention every time you look at the watch.
The Diamond dial variant with brilliant-cut stones adds brilliance and luxury for those who are not satisfied with the ordinary and seek an unconventional interpretation of a timepiece. The two versions also differ in the detail of the Orlík inscription. A more technical font decorates the dial without stones, while the handwritten style forms part of the more expressive stone-set design.
A movement made in the manufactory
The heart of the watch is the in-house calibre 95, a mechanical movement with automatic winding. Through the sapphire case back, it can be admired endlessly. The rotor also bears the individual number of your limited-edition watch.

Watch production in Nové Město nad Metují has long surpassed the shadow of the mass production of the past. Today’s manufactory-made watches represent highly precise craftsmanship, from design to final assembly, including the production of the movement itself. All under one roof, without significant reliance on third parties. This is the philosophy behind watches bearing the designation PRIM MANUFACTURE 1949.
For the perfect impression, the straps also play an important role. Carefully colour-matched to enhance the beauty of the entire model. And not only that. The quality and tradition of the French tanneries, together with the values of their owners and craftsmen, resonate with our own approach to work and the world around us. The manufacturer from the beautiful region near Tarn has been writing its history since 1903. Over time, it has become a symbol of luxury and quality, as well as a synonym for deep respect for materials, life and nature.
