Spartak was the first. Prim Spartak 39 introduces colourful dials to the first Czechoslovak watches. It represents the most playful approach to colour within Prim’s iconic collection.

39 mm stainless steel case, Swiss automatic movement, 50 m water resistance. Only one inscription on the dial. Spartak. Just as it was in 1954. The only Prim watches to feature this detail.

In 1954, the first Czechoslovak mass-produced wristwatch was completed in Nové Město nad Metují. Its name was Spartak. The Prim brand did not yet exist. It was registered two years later and first appeared on watch dials at the end of 1957.
Spartak came first. It stood at the beginning of domestic watchmaking and carried its name before the brand itself was created. That is why the dial bears only one inscription: Spartak. Our tribute to the very beginning.
This edition takes Spartak in a new direction. It comes in five colour variants with a playful gradient dial: Moonlight, Silence, Lagoon, Sand Wind and Petrol. None of Prim’s iconic watches have ever featured so many colours within a single edition. For the brand, this is the most colourful moment in its history. Proof that tradition lives on and continues to evolve.
